小贴士面和水的比例一定要按1:1的比例配,因为做发面馅饼,面软了烙出的馅饼才好吃,如果面和硬了,烙出的馅饼发死不好吃。再就是因为是肉馅,所以烙制时馅饼的两个面要小火反复烙两遍使肉馅充分成熟。
