免油炸版左宗棠鸡



简介
咸香微酸辣的左宗棠鸡,用中小火煸香鸡肉,再用鸡油煸香配料,绝对是配白饭的最佳主菜。

材料
带皮鸡腿2只红辣椒3根葱3根(生)姜片10片酱油3大匙米酒1大匙甜辣酱1大匙姜母糖1小匙花椒粉1小匙太白粉1大匙水3大匙


做法
